This waiver form is approved upon signatures by and between the attendee (referred to as the "Participant" in this agreement) and Rolling Hills Paranormal Research Center (referred to as "RHPRC" in this agreement).

RHPRC hereby grants the Attendee a license to investigate and the party receiving the license is referred to as the PARTICIPANT. Both parties agree to the following: 1.   RHPRC grants Participant a non-exclusive license to participate in the Darkness Radio/TAPS Paranormal Retreat (Asylum Under Siege) June 12 to 15, 2008, located at 11001 Bethany Center Rd. ** Bethany, New York 14054. 2.   Participant has registered for this event with Darkness Radio and has paid all fees to Darkness Radio. All RHPRC fees are included in that purchase. RHPRC will not charge any additional fees for this event.  3.  a.  Failure of the participant to abide by the obligations of this agreement may result in a cancelation of this agreement.       b.  The participant further agrees to refrain from the use of any drugs or alcohol, smoking inside the building in areas not designated for smoking, or involvement in any inappropriate behavior. 4.  The participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and will abide by the terms of this Agreement.  5.  RHPRC makes no warranties with respect to this event. In no event will RHPRC be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that are in any way related to the event. 6.  As a condition of attendance, the Participant assumes the risk of injuries to person or property arising out of his or her use of the premises and does hereby release RHPRC, it's trustees, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claim, demand liability arising out of such injury and will protect and indemnify RHPRC and those persons released with respect to any claim, demand or liability arising out of such injury. 7.   I realize that others may be in the building taking photos and my image may be captured. By signing this form, I grant permission to participants and organizers to post these photos to various paranormal websites. 8.  This agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties and there are no other promises or written conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written. This Agreement supersedes any other prior written or oral agreement between the parties. I hereby agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement:
